1. Introduction & Acceptance

This website is owned and operated by the registered entity Green Station Nursery ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website at greenstationnursery.com and placing any orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

These Terms govern your use of our website, the purchase of plants and nursery products, and any other services we provide.

2. Products & Plant Health

• All plants sold by Green Station Nursery are live, perishable, and seasonal in nature.
• Plant images on the website are representative. Actual plant appearance, size, and foliage color may vary slightly based on season, growing conditions, and transit.
• We guarantee that all plants are healthy and true to type at the time of packing and dispatch.
• Size and variant descriptions (e.g., "6-inch pot," "grafted on mango rootstock") are approximate and may vary ±15%.
• We are not responsible for plant decline due to improper care, wrong soil, overwatering, underwatering, or extreme weather conditions after delivery.

3. Ordering & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• COD orders may attract an additional convenience fee of ₹50–₹100 depending on the order value and location.
• Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be modified. If cancellation is needed, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders from accounts that have a history of fraudulent returns or disputes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days. Express options may be available at checkout.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, logistics delays, or public holidays — especially during the monsoon season.
• We use specialized eco-friendly packing (coco-peat plugs, secure wrapping) to protect plants during transit.
• Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹999 (subject to ongoing promotions).
• Delivery to certain remote PIN codes may incur additional shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, product descriptions, logos, icons, and code — is the exclusive property of Green Station Nursery or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website without our express written permission.

6. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Station Nursery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, plant mortality after 48 hours of delivery, or data loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
