This website is owned and operated by the registered entity Green Station Nursery. We provide shipping services for live plants, soil mixes, and gardening accessories to most serviceable PIN codes across India.
We partner with India's leading logistics providers (including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and Express Cargo partners) to ensure your plants are transported in the best possible conditions.
2. Processing & Dispatch Timeline
Live plants require careful preparation before they can be shipped. Here is our standard fulfillment process:
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days. We water and inspect the plants to ensure they are healthy.
- Dry-down Phase: Before packing, we dry the rootball slightly to prevent rotting in transit.
- Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from our nursery in Habra, West Bengal, from Monday to Wednesday to prevent transit packages from getting stuck in warehouses over weekends.

4. Shipping Charges
Our shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination pin code:
- Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders above ₹999.
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate starting at ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional convenience fee of ₹50 is charged by logistics partners for cash collections.
5. Packaging System
To ensure 99%+ survival rates during transit, Green Station Nursery uses a specialized packaging mechanism:
Root Moist Preservation: Rootballs are wrapped in high-retention coco-peat plugs and secured with moisture-proof film.
Ventilated Eco-Boxes: Plants are anchored inside heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated cardboard boxes with ventilation holes to allow respiration.
6. Tracking & Delays
Once your package is handed over to the shipping partner, a tracking number and link will be shared via email and SMS. You can monitor the real-time movement of your plants.
Extreme Weather Delay: In cases of extreme heatwaves, heavy monsoons, or flooding, we may temporarily hold plant dispatches to safeguard plant health. We will contact you immediately in such instances.
